Is this possible in such a short space of time?

right, im 13,
and i have heard all of the , eat well and exercise cut out sugary foods ect.
AND i have heard all about how you should eat breakfast and not starve ect ect.

BUT..

i have been on a diet ( sorta healthy living type of thing) with my mum for the past month,
but i get bored and end up eating, and when my friend {who is seriously skinny} eats choc i want to too, and yes i do.

i have 9 weeks and 6 days until i go on holiday to my nans villa with my dad and his girlfriend and i cant stand the thought of getting into my bikini,
so i need help,
tips,
anything,
please just help me,

im doing charley brooks DVD, but im finding it really hard,
and im trying to do some step aerobics but it is KILLING me doing more than 5 minutes :(

my main areas of concern are;

upper legs
belly,
back,
&sides

i know it isnt go to happen miracly but i would like to lose at least a stone or stone and a half ? im not fussed either way.

You kids tear me up LOL.

Listen honey, you can just forget losing the stone. You obviously don’t have the will power or the discipline based on your declarations of your friend and the chocolate and how the aerobics is killing you. You’re whining and you haven’t even started anything yet! You’re trying to lose weight in 9 weeks which is completely fine and completely possible.. but not if you’re gonna be a baby about it (yes, I’m tough but sometimes that’s just what you need to get the point).

If you’re serious then you’ll start listening to the people who told you to eat well, cut the sugar and exercise. If not, then learn to love your fat and keep doing what you’re doing.

Stop hanging out with chocolate-eating friend or tell your friend not to eat chocolate around you. Eat only the things that you know are good for you like veggies, fruit, lean meats and watch your portions sizes. Snack on fruit (remember that snacks are not meals so they should be very small and only when you absolutely need it) and drink lots of water. Get at least 40 minutes of sweat-producing exercise and 30 minutes of muscle strengthening exercises at least 5 days per week and see what a difference it makes. Once you start seeing the results, you’ll never look at chocolate the same. However, if you happen to be a chocoholic as I am, you can get the extra dark chocolate made with 85% cocoa as a snack from time to time. They are usually very low in sugar and can cure those chocolate cravings without packing on the pounds.
