Wii Exercise Game for Middle Age Woman?
I am looking to get a fitness game for my mother for christmas. We just got her a wii and she loves it. However she hates exercising in the traditional sense and wants to use the wii to get some physical activity. What game would combine the best mix of fitness and fun for her?
Wii Sports Tennis or Boxing.
Wii Fitness would be a suggestion, but its not much different from a traditional type exercising. If she’s not going to enjoy it or use it, its not worth the investment.
